THIS IS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY NEED!

Parameters for land search: Ideally within an hour of Whangārei, considering any Te Tai Tokerau addresses. Able to host 200 campers on flat ground, including a large percentage of van campers. Sufficient space for art installations and a safe effigy burn. Exclusive use of the space for the 72-hr event. Layout and terrain accessible to campers of varying physical abilities. Reliable road access for emergency vehicles and exodus in any weather. We are a lower volume event, but we still need reasonable sound buffering from neighbors. Visual privacy from neighbors. Landowner respect for all genders, colors, and abilities of event attendees. Preferred but not required: access to filtered and sterilised water, electricity for site management area, trees on site, a covered space such as a barn or shed.
